He's yours for £10m! Wigan owner Whelan tells Chelsea price for Moses

Wigan owner Dave Whelan has told Roman Abramovich to come up with £10million for Victor Moses if he wants to take him to Chelsea.

Whelan has revealed he is prepared to accept the straight-cash fee in instalments.

The proposed move has rumbled on for weeks, with Chelsea making lower offers and also floating a player-swap plan involving their young midfielder Josh McEachran.

Whelan confirmed forward Moses, 21, is set to leave, he told the Daily Mirror: 'Chelsea know the price, we’re looking to reach £10m.

'If that means £8m and some add-ons, that is fine.'

Chelsea have been have Moses for some time now, and manager Roberto Di Matteo has spoken publicly about their pursuit for the first time.
