Mikel’s key role in Chelsea continues
John Obi Mikel will remain an ever-present in the Chelsea
squad next season as boss, Roberto Di Matteo has ruled out making 'radical'
changes but says more signings will be on the way.
The Nigerian, who was almost non-existent in former manager
Andre Villas Boas’ plans when he was in charge, got his groove back under Di
Matteo who has continuously kept faith in the midfielder.
The Blues have already spent big when bringing in Eden
Hazard and Marko Marin but further new faces are expected to arrive as a whole
host of players are being linked with a move to the club.
However Di Matteo is not ready to make the sweeping changes
that some have been predicting and only a couple more players are expected to
arrive.

As long as Fellaini does not come.
ReplyDeleteEven due,a key player arrive, mikel will still play,no matter new player coming in.
