Moses pushes for Chelsea move
Victor Moses wants showdown talks with Wigan
after the club rejected a new, improved £6.5m bid from Chelsea ,
according to reports.
Chelsea are keen to land the player but Wigan chairman Dave
Whelan is refusing to budge on the club's £10million valuation and Moses fears
his dream move could fail to materialise.
It is the fourth bid that Chelsea have failed with and
reports claim they are not prepared to go any higher and will switch to other
targets unless Wigan accept.
Moses only has 12 months left on his contract and has no intention
of penning a new one, so Latics face the prospect of losing him on the cheap in
12 months unless they cash in now.
QPR and Liverpool are also keen but
will not pay £10million and Moses will push for a move when he meets up with
boss Roberto Martinez.
