Chelsea eye Victor Moses swap

Chelsea are ready to offer Wigan midfielder Josh McEachran on a season-long loan deal in an attempt to seal a deal for Victor Moses.

Chelsea are keen to fight off interest from Liverpool and Queens Park Rangers to sign the 21-year-old but first off all they have to agree a deal with Latics, which is proving difficult.

The first offer in the region of £4million was rejected but Chelsea are still in the hunt and reports now say they will increase their bid and also throw in McEachran in the hope that could swing it.

The midfielder spent last season on loan at Swansea and the Blues are happy to loan him out again, especially if it would help in their attempts to land Moses.

Meanwhile the player's agent Tony Finnigan has angered Wigan officials further by saying he will do all he can to push through a move to Stamford Bridge for his client.

"Provding Wigan can agree a fee with Chelsea, I will do all I can to make the move happen for Victor," he said.

Wigan are holding out for £12million and it seems as though there is plenty of negotiating to be done before a deal can be agreed.
