Super Eagles new boy blasts

Nigeria Premier League leading scorer Sibi Gwar of Niger Tournadoes of Minna is ready to take his chance in the Super Eagles.

Gwar has been picked in the final squad for a friendly in Niger on Wednesday.

"I know everyone will be watching to see how I perform in the Eagles. I know I can deliver and my being here is to prove that my goals in the league are not a fluke.”

“Some people have even said that I got all my goals at home, but for the records six of my 16 goals so far were scored in away matches.

"My aim right now is to impress the coach, play myself into his team and then try to score the goals."

Sibi Gwar has been rewarded for his goals this term with his first-ever invitation to the national team.
