Keshi, NFA technical committee on warpath

Nigerians waiting for the release of the Super Eagles team list for the Africa Nations Cup match against the Lone Star of Liberia must wait another day, no thanks to the ‘muscle war’ going on between the chief coach, Stephen Keshi and the technical committee of the Nigeria Football Association.

Our checks reveal that some members of the committee are insisting Keshi invites some specific foreign based players which the Big Boss vehemently rejected, reason the list will not be made public today.

Keshi insists that the NFA has no right to impose any player on him.

A meeting to resolve the stand-off is now scheduled for Friday and if they make any headway, the list for the Liberian match will be made known over the weekend.
