Amodu Shuaibu misses Niger
Former Super Eagles coach Shuaibu Amodu lost an opportunity
to return to coaching in Niger Republic because of his wage demands it has been revealed.
The tactician was considered by the Niger
football body as the Mena new coach but his excessive demands robbed him of the
chance, a member of the nation’s National Team Committee, Aisha Amodu
disclosed.
“We looked at his records and he is one of Africa ’s
best, but we could not get him that is why we went for Ivorien Francoise Zahoui.”
