Efe Ambrose signs for Celtic on a three year deal

Efe Ambrose has reached an agreement with Celtic.

The Ashdod centre back has become Neil Lennon's first signing of transfer deadline day, joining for three years subject to international clearance.

He joins compatriot, Rabiu Ibrahim in the Scottish club.

Capped 14 times by his country, the 23-year-old moved to Israel in 2010 and has made 67 appearances for Ashdod, scoring three.
