Robin van Persie signed contract with Juventus?
Wantaway Arsenal forward Robin van Persie has signed a
contract with Juventus, according to FIFA agent Fabio Parisi.
Parisi, who is based in Milan, claims that not only has the
contract been signed but that it has been so for some time, saying it has been
'locked away' in a desk.
As well as The Old Lady, Manchester United and Manchester
City have both been credited with
an interest in the Dutchman but, according to Parisi, RVP has been set to join
the Turin club for a while now.
He told Italian TV: 'I think Juventus have had a signed
contract with Van Persie for some time locked away in a notary’s desk.
'It is just my opinion, but I think there’s an eight out of
ten chance the Dutchman will join the Bianconeri.'
He added that Juventus are very ambitious and determined to
do well this season after their Serie A win last season and Van Persie is seen
as 'the ideal addition to achieve that'.
Parisi also hinted that Juve may have been considering a bid
for Manchester City 's
Edin Dzeko at one time but explained: 'I don’t think Edin Dzeko is the right
player for the Bianconeri.'
Van Persie, 28, scored 37 goals for the Gunners last season.
