Breaking…Enyeama seals move back to I srael

Goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama is very close to a switch to Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv, subject to the result of a traditional medical examination conducted on Monday afternoon, writes one.co.il

Enyeama, 29, has failed to make his official debut for Lille in Ligue 1 since his transfer from Hapoel Tel Aviv last summer. The situation won't improve in the 2012 - 2013 campaign as he is down the ladder in Coach Rudi Garcia's pecking order of goalkeepers.

The Nigeria international landed in Israel yesterday night to put pen to paper on a loan deal with The Yellows. However, he refused to confirm to reporters his mission in Tel Aviv.

This is Enyeama's second spell in Israel. While on the payroll of Hapoel Tel Aviv, in 113 appearances in the championship, he scored 8 goals.
