Moses, Nwankwo hits Eagles camp

As the clock ticks towards this weekend’s 1st leg Afcon 2013 qualifier between Nigeria and Liberia, two of the foreign based players invited for the match arrived the Super Eagles Abuja camp last night as Coach Stephen Keshi attempts to get the country back to the continent’s football map in South Africa next year.

Chelsea of England new boy, Victor Moses wan an early bird as well as Obiora Nwankwo.

In a live chat with Ben Alaiya, media officer of the Super Eagles on Etisalat Megasports this morning, he disclosed that all other foreign based professionals are expected in camp later today as the team wraps up preparation for the showdown in Monrovia.

“Victor Moses got to camp ahead of others as usual alongside Obiora Nwankwo. We expect the other invited stars in camp today. The spirit in camp is very high and all the boys can’t wait for the game against Liberia.”
