Eguavoen set to be unveiled in Port Harcourt

Former Super Eagles captain and chief coach, Austin Eguavoen will be unveiled this week in Port Harcourt as the new chief coach of Sharks FC.

The gaffer who was shown the exit door by Enyimba of Aba owing to their lethargic performance in last season’s Nigeria Premier League is expected to turn around the fortunes of the team after a not-too-impressive finish in the league last season.

The management of the club are confident that they will be able to recruit good players who will take the team back to the top of the Nigeria Premier League.

Eguavoen replaces Flying Eagles coach, John Obuh.

Sharks finished last season in the seventh position with 52 points.
